Cette session veut souligner la place déterminante des pratiques de débat public dans le cadre de la démocratie électronique, composante essentielle du e-gouvernement. L'objectif de la conférence étant de confronter des pratiques dans leur dimensions la plus technique et la plus concrète à des approches plus théoriques fournissant des éléments d'analyse, des formes variées de contributions sont les bienvenues :
• Etudes de cas
• Analyses comparatives
• Réflexions méthodologiques concernant les modalités d'analyse de la délibération
• Approches théoriques de la délibération en ligne /hors ligne
• Présentation d'outils de débat (conception/ réalisation) et d'expériences
• Recherche/action

Submitted abstracts to specific satellite workshops, should indicate the name of the concerned workshop.

The extended abstract of your paper. This abstract is written in one column in Times New Roman, 12 pt.

The total length of this document should not exceed 2 pages.
